  • We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team and oversee the smooth operation of our restaurant during assigned shifts.
  • The Shift Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service, that our team members are performing their duties effectively, and that all operational standards are upheld. If you have a passion for hospitality and leadership, we want to hear from you!

Duties

  • Leadership and Team Management:

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts.
    • Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
    • Delegate tasks and monitor their completion to maintain efficient operations.
    • Motivate and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service:

    • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Ensure that guests receive prompt service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues as needed.
    • Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
  • Operational Support:

    • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
    • Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure equipment is in working order.
    • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Training and Development:

    • Train new team members on job duties, policies, and procedures.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help team members improve their performance.
    • Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development among staff.
  • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Communicate effectively with management, fellow supervisors, and team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
    • Relay important information, such as menu changes or special promotions, to staff members.
    • Collaborate with other supervisors and management to address operational challenges and implement improvements.
